Community Education Classes

Whidbey General Hospital offers a series of Health Education classes three times a year. Winter, Spring/Summer and Fall. Classes are published in The Pulse magazine.

You can register for classes three ways:

1. Complete the registration form in The Pulse and mail the form, along with your payment, to Whidbey General Hospital, Attention Community Relations, 101 North Main Street, Coupeville, WA 98239

OR

2. Submit the registration form online (Payment must be mailed - or credit card may be called in to our SECURE voice mail at 321-7656 ex 4005 or 678-7656 ex 4005. Please leave name on card, expiration date, and card number as well as card type MC or VISA)

OR

3. Print the online registration form, and mail the form, along with your payment, to Whidbey General Hospital.

Some things to keep in mind . . .

  • Advanced registration is required for ALL classes - even the free ones.
  • All fees must be paid by class start date
  • Some classes are limited in size and close when maximum registration is reached.
  • Registrations received after class has been filled will be notified and fees returned.
  • If a class does not meet minimum student registration, it will be cancelled.
  • Registration fees will be refunded  when cancellations are made at least ONE working day prior to start of class. (The entire cost of the class will be refunded for classes canceled by the hospital). Refunds for a class with on-going sessions, need a doctor's certificate if you drop out once the class begins. A $5.00 non-refundable processing fee will be assessed for cancellations.
