Medical Ambulatory Care / Oncology Care

The clinic provides a variety of outpatient treatments related to your cancer care. These services include chemotherapy administration, IV antibiotic administration, hydration, blood and blood product administration, and blood draws from PICCs, Portacath’s Groshongs, and Hickmans. Nurses assist with these services, provide teaching as needed, and help you access other community resources. Instruction about diabetic care is provided at the clinic. Oncology specialists, Dr. Peter Jiang, Dr. Mark Coughenour and Dr. Paul Knoll come from the Everett Clinic during the week to provide consults and care through the oncology clinic. Radiation services are coordinated with North Puget Oncology in Sedro Woolley, Mt. Vernon, and the Flynn Radiation Center in Everett, depending on your choice and where you live. Services are available to Island residents, whether or not they use a local physician, or hospital services.
