The Life Center offers Congestive Heart Failure education classes by appoiintment. The goal of this class is to provide empowering knowledge and to create balance in your life. There are many lifesyle changes that can reduce complications and potentially reduce hospital readmissions. We will provide you with the knowledge necessary to make informed choices about diet, activity, medication compliance, and symptom monitoring.
